When you sign up to receive marketing from us, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information.  We will process your name, email address, phone number and IP-address.   

B) The purpose of our data processing.

Your personal data is collected and used for the purpose of providing you with the latest news on DayDose including offers and deals.

Your information is processed on the basis of article 6 (1)(a) of the GDPR and the consent you have given us to process your personal data.

Third-Party providers

We use a third party email service provider, Autopilothq, to send you our emails. To allow us to send our emails through Autopilothq, we provide Autopilothq with certain information, including your email address. Autopilothq treats information about you in accordance with the provisions of its Privacy Policy. When we provide Autopilothq with your information they are transferred to USA. To protect your information during this transfer DayDose has ensured Autopilothq is certified in accordance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield program.

When you send us a message through our website or by email we will be collecting and processing your personal information. This includes the following personal information:

  • Content of the message

B) The purpose of our data processing

The purpose of our collection and processing of personal data is to provide quick and effective feedback to our customers and visitors of our website The information is processed on the basis of article 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries sent to us.

Any messages containing sensitive personal information will be deleted as soon as we have replied to your message. Ordinary messages will be retained for up to six month from the day we responded to your message.
